Shipping policy

Rustic Journeys mailings are prepared and mailed once each month on or around the 20th.

Customers who subscribe on or before the 14th of the month will be included in the upcoming mailing.

Customers who subscribe on or after the 15th will be included in the following month's mailing.

Delivery times vary based on USPS processing and destination and cannot be guaranteed.

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
